FAQ's for Broadcasting and Streaming the Concert

1. When is “PRESS PLAY” scheduled for?

The event will take place on the 19th of September 2021, at 20:00PM MALAYSIA TIME.

2. What will be the duration of “PRESS PLAY”?

The event will be approximately 60 minutes.

3. Who can access “PRESS PLAY”

The “PRESS PLAY” is an exclusive event being brought to anyone who loves Itzy and Maybelline New York makeup! Check out www.maybelline.com.my/Itzy for details on how to access the event!

4. Do I have to pay to watch “PRESS PLAY”

5. What songs will ITZY be performing at “PRESS PLAY”?

You’ll have to tune in to find out! You won’t want to miss this show.

6. Can | make a song request for “PRESS PLAY”?

We know you are excited to know what songs will be performed at “PRESS PLAY”, but we want the same to be a surprise for you and therefore we are not able to reveal this information.

Also, we are extremely sorry, but fans will not be able to request songs before or during the event. However, be rest assured we have an extremely exciting and fun line up of songs from ITZY for the event.

7. Would ITZY be having any K-POP guests at the concert?

We are extremely sorry, but we are not allowed to pre-release any information on this. All we can say is wait and watch!

8. What language will “PRESS PLAY” be conducted in?

The event will be conducted in Korean and English. Itzy will perform their songs in Korean, and subtitles will be in English.

9. Will there be any merchandise or gift on offer at “PRESS PLAY”?

11. Where can | access streaming platform? (PC, Laptop etc.)

You can access the streaming platform on the following browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge on any of these devices i.e. mobile phone, laptop, PC/desktop, iPad and tablet, but the platform does not

support Internet Explorer (IE).

12. Is the streaming platform available in my country?

Yes, the platform is available worldwide and can be accessed from any country.

13. I am resident of Malaysia, however I am out of the country currently. Can | still stream “PRESS PLAY”?

Yes, absolutely! Given you have been issued a code, you can watch “PRESS PLAY” from anywhere in the world.

14. Which devices can | stream “PRESS PLAY” on?

You can stream “PRESS PLAY” on any of these devices i.e. mobile phone, laptop, PC/desktop, iPad & tablet.

15. Can | stream “PRESS PLAY” from the same account but on two or more devices?

Participants with the special access code can stream “PRESS PLAY” on a single device only. We request participants to not share their account information with anyone else.

16. Is there a minimum internet speed requirement to stream “PRESS PLAY”?

Yes, ideally your minimum internet speed should be of 5MB/s or more to get a steady streaming experience.

17. Can I share or transfer the broadcast/streaming link and/or unique code to my friends(s), family, colleague, acquaintance etc.?

We are extremely sorry, but that will not be possible. “PRESS PLAY” is an exclusive event for participants with the special access code. We earnestly request you to not share or transfer the broadcast/streaming link and/or unique code with anyone else as that may result in you not being able to access “PRESS PLAY”.

Additionally, for participants with the special access code will be able to watch the event on one device only. To know more about how you can gain the opportunity to watch the event please follow the instructions in Question 3 above - “Who can access “PRESS PLAY””.

18. If my broadcast/stream link isn’t working, what do | do?

Allow us to help you out! Please refresh the link or restart your device or check your network settings. If you continue to face issues we request you to kindly contact: [email protected] and we’ll help trouble shoot!

19. If my broadcast/stream input is pixelated, blurred and constantly keeps getting interrupted, what do | do?

We got you! Please refresh the link, restart your device or check your network settings.

20. If my broadcast/streaming video and audio out of sync, what do | do?

Don't worry, we will help you resolve this! Please refresh the link, restart your device, or check your network settings. If you continue to face issues we request you to kindly contact: [email protected] and we’ll help trouble shoot!

21. Can | post pictures of “PRESS PLAY” livestream on my social media account?

Yes! Please share your favorite moments from the “PRESS PLAY” event on your social media channels. We encourage you to tag @maybelline, @itzy.all.in.us, @watsonsmy on Instagram, @maybelline_my, @watsonsmy on TikTok, and @maybelline_my & @watsonsmy on Facebook

22. During or after “PRESS PLAY”, can | broadcast, showcase or publish the event on my YouTube channel and/or other digital or social media channels? Will | be facing any disciplinary actions?

Participants are not allowed to record “PRESS PLAY” and broadcast, showcase or publish it on any digital or other platforms during or after the event. Please note we will be continuously monitoring — digital platforms to check for violations and if an individual is found in breach of this regulation not only will their access to “PRESS PLAY” will be revoked but they may additionally face punitive or penal actions.

23. | received the email containing details for “PRESS PLAY”, but if | forgot to attend it, what do | do? Can | get tickets to any other concert in lieu of the same?

Ah! We are very sorry, but unfortunately, that is not possible.

Also, we only have one session of the event and the same will not be repeated or happening again so we hope you will not miss it.

24. What happens if “PRESS PLAY” is cancelled or rescheduled?

In the event “PRESS PLAY” is cancelled or rescheduled due to some unavoidable circumstance, you will be notified of the new date and time.

25. Can | watch “PRESS PLAY” after the event is over? If yes, where? Do | have to pay for it?

The Press Play event will be streamed for 24 hours, accessible to only those with the event access code on livecast.com/maybellinexitzy site.

FAQ's for Verification Issue

In case of need, you can pre-authenticate your access code with your email address.

** During the pre-authentication process, you may provide us your email address. You can authenticate your access code from September 13, 2021 to September 19, 2021 7PM MY TIME

How to authenticate your access code:

1.   Open the QR Code reader on your phone and scan it.

2.   Please enter your email address on your smartphone’s screen to verify your information.

3.   Please press “email confirmation” button and go to the new tab/page for authentication.

4.   Enter “access code” in the box with the product received.

5.   Click “verify” and click “send an email”. (If your access code is invalid, please double check you use the right one.)

6.   If it is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us shortly.

Live Streaming Event

-   You can access our website for the live streaming event with the viewer’s code for watching the live concert from 30minutes before the event.

-   You may also use your email address to get access to the page if you complete pre-authentication with your email address.

-   We are not responsible for losing email address/information or access codes.
